Product Description

A juicy, succulent roast shoulder of Pork, with the Bone removed and then trussed and tied, scored and oven ready for that poerfect roast with crispy crackling. Start off hot for 20 mins then lower the heat to 150degC for 45 minutes per kilo. Available from 1 to 4kg in size, where one kilo will feed frou to five people.
