Free Range, Yearling Grade, Grass Fed Beef Rump, Dry Aged for 7 to 14 days for more flavour and tenderness, from Cowra NSW.

With more flavour than fillet or New York Sirloin, rump is the best steak to use, but only if it's tender, which is why we use young beef and hang it to ensure it's right for the plate and the palate..

Serving Suggestions: Pan Fry, Grill or BBQ for a few minutes per side. Let stand for a few minutes before eating. Try and leave out of the fridge for an hour before cooking.
