Product Description

A whole NSW raised 2.1kg duck, perfect for roasting. Simply prick the breast, put in a hot oven for 15 minutes (200degC), reduce the temperature to 150degC and roast for a further hour and a quarter. Roast a little longer than for chicken to allow the fat to render out. Save all the fat for roasting potatoes at a later occasion, and do make stock out of the carcase, as duck stock is the best !!
