Product Description

A whole, full leg of the finest free Range, NSW grass fed baby Lamb. trimmed of excess fat, this cut is the simplest of them all, left with the bone in, perfect for roasting. Roast in a medium oven for 40 minutes a kilo. For great results, poke Rosemary and Garlic into small slits made by a sharp knife, all over the roast. Cover with hot oil, then sprinkle with salt and pepper and place in the oven. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving. Will serve 6 to 8 people.
