Two beef eye fillet steaks, stuffed with our homemade Porcini Mushroom "duxelle", with added chopped Prosciutto, topped with our own homemade Porcini Mushroom and Truffle Oil butter. This is not just for the special occasion as the price is remarkably affordable at just $16.00 for two portions. To cook simply remove the butter, place the steaks on tin foil inside a HOT oven dish and bake in the preheated hot (200 to 220deg C) oven for 10 to 15 minutes. Pour over any cooking juices, melt the truffle butter on the hot steak and serve immediately. Best eaten with a simple salad and maybe hot chips or roast potatoes.
