A twin pack of locally reared duck breats, large size about 240g each. Easy to cook, simply cook skin down in a frying pan (no oil needed as the breast renders fat out as you go along) on a very low heat for about 20 minutes until the skin is nice and crispy and the breast is visibly nearly cooked through ( see the side of the breast to determine how far cooked it is ). Then turn it over and cook for a minute or two on the other side on a high heat. Retain the duck fat to cook roast potatoes in !!!
