Product Description

A 1kg pack of diced lamb, taken from the shoulder cut of Free Range, NSW, grass fed Lamb, trimmed of excess fat, this is the best type of dice for making a French Daube, or an Indian Curry, or just a plain old Irish Stew, or Aussie Casserole. Be sure to cook on a low heat for at least an hour and a half, and for best results, dust with flour and brown first in a hot pan.
