Please wait...A twin pack of around 200g of Spanish style Black pudding, called Morcillas, made here in Sydney by a Spaniard, to an authentic recipe that is very similar to Lancashire Black Pudding, only without the big lumps of fat. The texture is smooth and the flavour full. This is the best black pudding I have tasted in Sydney by a long shot. Try it sliced and flash fried on toast with English ( best ) or French mustard and a hint of mayonnnaise, or throw into casseroles, or cook with broad beans and mint for an original tasting salad...
