Hi everyone!

This time we have great recipes for our pork offers and organic beef mince. These are just right for the cooler weather we are having now.

A slow cooked boneless shoulder of pork would be a great way to feed a big family gathering as it is great value and an easy and delicious way to cook, leaving time for yourself, family and friends. Plus, for a party this would make great pulled pork buns with salsa and a bit of salad.

The pork rack is a recipe I have been making for at least 30 years. It is even more delicious cold, so I always buy a large piece of meat than I need.

There is the added bonus of having your kitchen smell wonderful - quite different from normal roast pork - it must be the wine and the herbs.

For the organic beef mince, I have included a great Moussaka recipe from Poh and substituted the meat for beef mince. I know it is normally made with lamb, but our excellent beef mince gives it a lovely deep rich flavour.
