Our sausages are all made on the premises, are gluten free, made with a minimum of preservatives and are made in a meaty chunky style. For example we only use pork shoulder for our Pork Sauasges, or Chicken Marylands for our Chicken ones. They are multi award winning, and are sold all over Australia.
